If you are on an older version, try using Activity Monitor, or WireShark (if you know how to), and try to replicate the issue. Ends up being that Zoom released an update today (5.9.3) that fixes this bug, and I foolishly installed that before I started the test. Just got the means to test, but I'm not able to replicate the issue. (If the article is accurate I will nuke this stickied thread, just wanted to confirm real quick what's truthful about the article or not). Just wanted to check in - is this report accurate? People who use Zoom, have you encountered this issue? I don't see anything in the comments suggesting that's the case, and there are no modmails about it. Someone reported this as "misinformation".
